OPTispray is UniMac's high-pressure spray rinse system. Instead of the traditional fill-and-dump rinse cycle that uses thousands of gallons over the life of a machine, OPTispray pushes a powerful spray rinse through the load to pull chemistry out and down the drain — using significantly less water and significantly less time.

Are these washer-extractors for residential use?

No. UniMac UWT washer-extractors are commercial-grade equipment built for institutional and industrial laundry operations. They are sold for commercial use only and are not suitable for residential homes.

What is the difference between UniLinc Touch and M30 controls?

UniLinc Touch is UniMac's premium capacitive touchscreen control with 34 language options, quick diagnostics, machine audit data, delayed start, and a seamless user experience built for high-volume professional operations. What is the difference between High-G, 200G, and 100G extract?

G-force at extract directly affects how much water is removed from the load — higher G means less water remaining, which means shorter dry times and lower drying utility costs. High-G (300-400G on UWT, depending on capacity) is the premium tier for operations that want maximum efficiency. 200G is the middle ground. 100G is the most economical option, best for facilities with shorter dry-cycle requirements or lower throughput.

Which voltage do I need — X, Q, or N?

Voltage selection must match what is available at your facility. X (200-240V / 1-3 phase) is the most common for smaller commercial facilities. Q (200-240V / 3-phase) is for facilities with 3-phase 240V service. N (440-480V / 3-phase) is for facilities with 480V three-phase power. What warranty comes with a UniMac UWT washer-extractor?

Every UWT pocket hardmount machine includes a 3-year limited parts warranty, plus a 10-year limited warranty on the frame and cylinder shaft assembly, and a 10-year limited warranty on seals and bearings. HM Commercial Laundry is the authorized warranty service provider for NJ, eastern PA, NYC, and Delaware.

Are these machines NFPA 1851 compliant for fire department turnout gear?

Standard configurations on common capacities (45-130 lb) typically ship in 4-8 weeks from Alliance Laundry Systems. Larger industrial machines (160-200 lb) and specialty configurations can run longer. We confirm current lead time at quote.
