Can you install in upper-floor or basement locations?

Yes. Softmount washer-extractors are designed specifically for upper-floor installs because their internal suspension absorbs vibration. Hardmount machines work for basement and ground-floor installs. We do a site survey before order to confirm floor capacity, drain accessibility, and utility availability.

Do you offer financing or leasing?

Yes. Through Alliance Laundry Systems' preferred lenders we coordinate equipment loans, capital leases, and operating leases. We can run scenarios for your CFO or accountant before order.

What warranty comes with new UniMac equipment?

Standard UniMac warranties include parts and labor coverage that varies by product line — typically two to five years on key components. We are the authorized service provider for warranty coverage in NJ, eastern PA, NYC, and Delaware.
