Lead times vary by product line and current Alliance Laundry Systems production. Standard configurations on common sizes (60-130 lb washer-extractors and dryers) typically ship in 4-8 weeks. Specialty configurations and very large industrial machines can run longer.
Yes. Softmount washer-extractors are designed specifically for upper-floor installs because their internal suspension absorbs vibration. Hardmount machines work for basement and ground-floor installs. We do a site survey before order to confirm floor capacity, drain accessibility, and utility availability.
