This is the UniMac UTGC turnout-gear drying cabinet. Six full sets plus gloves and boots. H7S control programmed for NFPA 1850 care. The wash is NFPA 1851 in an extractor — this cabinet dries gear. It is not NFPA certified.

The H7S Control is the brain of the UTGC. It manages drying and cooling cycles programmed to meet NFPA standards for protective ensemble care — temperature limits, dwell times, cool-down cycles. Operators can adjust time settings to match their station's gear and operational needs.

The Complete Turnout Gear Care Workflow

Turnout gear care is a two-step process: cleaning (NFPA 1851) followed by drying (the UTGC's job). For a complete NFPA 1851-compliant turnout-gear care program, pair the UTGC with one of these UniMac washer-extractor configurations:

UCT040 Fire Configuration — 40 lb cabinet hardmount with custom fire industry cycles standard, Temperature Control Fill (capped at 105°F)
