How do I reset a UniMac washer?

Fix the cause first: the code is the machine protecting itself. On a UniLinc Touch washer, tap the alert banner and choose Acknowledge or Reset; on a Galaxy control, press Stop / Cancel, then power-cycle the machine at the breaker for 60 seconds. If the same code comes back, stop running the machine and call (732) 681-0500 with the model number and the code.

What does a UniMac service call cost?

$295 for the first hour in New Jersey ($395 outside New Jersey), then $150 per additional hour, plus parts. The first hour covers travel and diagnosis, and you get an estimate before any repair beyond the diagnosis begins. Warranty repairs are coordinated with Alliance under the machine's warranty terms.
