Primus Equipment We Repair

Common Primus Problems We Fix

• Washer won't start or won't fill
• Won't spin or drain
• Out-of-balance faults and excessive vibration
• Door-lock and lid-lock errors
• Water fill and inlet-valve issues
• No heat or weak heat on dryers; long dry times or restricted airflow
• Control-board and error-code faults
• Worn bearings, belts and seals

Seeing an error code on the display? Don't keep running the machine through a fault — codes vary by model and control generation, so write it down exactly as displayed, note the model number, and call (732) 681-0500. We'll tell you what it means on your machine and whether it needs a visit.

Before You Call: What to Have Ready

Two minutes at the machine saves a return trip. When you call (732) 681-0500, have this handy:

• Model and serial number — on the data plate, usually just inside the door, on the rear panel, or behind the lower front panel.
• The exact error code as shown on the display, and what the machine was doing when it appeared (filling, washing, extracting, heating, cooling down).
• Machine type — hardmount or softmount washer, gas or electric dryer, on-premise or coin/card operated.
• Any warranty or service contract the machine is under, so we route the repair correctly.

Primus Parts

We source OEM Primus parts for washer and dryer repairs.

Service Rates

• New Jersey: $295 for the first hour, then $150 per additional hour
• Outside New Jersey (NYC, Rockland County, eastern PA, northern DE): $395 for the first hour, then $150 per additional hour
• Parts: billed separately at standard pricing, quoted before the repair begins

The first hour covers travel and on-site diagnosis. If a repair will run beyond that, you get the parts cost, labor estimate and expected downtime up front — no surprises on the invoice.
