This is the UniMac cabinet hardmount line — UCT, 20 to 80 lb — including the Fire configuration that fills at 105°F for the NFPA 1851 wash process. It bolts to a ground-floor slab. It is not an upper-floor machine.
The UAT Value Line sits on this page as the budget cabinet. It is not for bunker gear. If the laundry is over occupied space, stop and open softmount. If you need 45–200 lb on a slab, open pocket hardmount.

Not every laundry has the volume that requires a UCT institutional machine. The UAT Value Line is the budget-friendly UniMac alternative — 200 G-Force extract, stainless steel cylinder, simple 6-cycle button control, anthracite gray panels. Same UniMac reliability, simpler controls, lower price.
UCT uses the M9 Control (programmable, 9 cycles, multiple supply signals) and offers Fire-configuration cycles for NFPA 1851 turnout-gear cleaning. UAT uses the simpler 6 Cycle Basic Button Control with fixed cycle slots — a great fit for operators who want quality at a lower price and don't need programmable depth. Both lines share UniMac stainless steel cylinder, large drain valve, and heavy-duty bearings.
